Loaner Chef & Paring Knife Set
Our loaners are a two-piece kitchen knife set that includes one 8" chef's and one 3.5" paring knife from Misen.
Misen knives are made of pro-grade AUS-10 Japanese Steel with 2.5x more carbon. The chef's knife is strong enough to easily chop through chicken bones, and delicate enough to slice the softest of breads without smashing.
